Located in the town center of Kalkan, our villa has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people. Our villa, which is located very close to the town center, has a sea view. Since it is close to the center, it is within walking distance to businesses where you can meet your needs such as restaurants and markets. Our villa has a double bed in the first bedroom and two single beds in the other bedroom. There is also a jacuzzi on the terrace of our villa with sea view. Our villa, which has a sauna on the upper floor, is also suitable for vacations outside of the summer season. There is an open kitchen in the living room of our villa. In our open kitchen, the basic items and tools you will need are available.
Check-in time to our villa is 16.00 and check-out time is 10.00. The villa is cleaned prior to the guest's arrival and daily pool maintenance is carried out by our teams. Hem 2018, hem de 2019 yıllarında Özgür bey vasıtasıyla Kalkan’da villa kiraladık. İlk yıl villa Yasmin'de, ikinci yıl da Villa Mare Monte'de konakladık. Sağ olsun Özgür bey çok ilgiliydi. Villa ile ilgili değişmesini istediğimiz herhangi bir durum yada problemle yakından ilgilendi. Kiraladığımız villalar da temiz ve bakımlıydı. Ailecek çok memnun kaldık. Özgür beyi ve villalarını herkese tavsiye ederim.
